  • [02:10] The gang’s all here! Tiffany, Rachel and Patrick roll right into it, with the deeper work that Tiffany and Rachel are doing in the world.
  • [03:40] Microdosing evolution. Tiffany shares a bit about the research of James Fadiman who was at the forefront of bringing microdosing into modern society through a protocol he created. James eventually shared his data and research on a Tim Ferriss podcast which blasted microdosing into the mainstream.
  • [07:15] Using anxiety and microdosing as an example, can people achieve a positive outcome? Yes, but Tiffany explains the more profound effect they have observed both with having specific goals for the session paired with coaching or support. Rachel expands on that to speak of her experience with microdosing and 2 important keys to 10x your results.
