It was when his previous mentor told him that he had successfully referred over forty-one new clients into the system, that Brent took his advice and started the journey to becoming a teacher of the TMM Method. Brent’s main goal in making this move was simply to help more people understand how to manage and grow their wealth.

  • Show Notes
  • [00:42] Patrick introduces his next TEDM guest, Brent Kesler.
  • [02:39] Let’s get the show rolling with Brent and Patrick! Brent let’s us in on how The Money Multiplier came to be and how a great name, and the right tools can inspire instant conversation. Brent’s wife is the mastermind to thank for that! Brent also shares what he does and the concept of The Money Multiplier.
  • [06:06] Brent discusses how he was introduced to this concept through his mentor and walks us through the scenario of how it works and what it looks like in day-to-day life. While Brent is based in the US, he does have a counterpart in Canada, Jayson Lowe, who is based in Edmonton, AB.
  • [26:29] Time for some questions! A book? Yes, Brent has written a book called “Mapping Out the Millionaire Mystery.” Is cash contributed up front and can it be used immediately? Yes and, Brent explains that the policies are designed to each person’s situation and strategy but overall, the growth continues to increase the longer you contribute to the policy. Brent breaks it down to the simplest explanation and uses his own real-life example with the 28 policies he holds to demonstrate that his oldest policy is his most efficient.
  • [34:53] Forced savings; emergency fund. These are a couple of great applications for this strategy and Brent and his wife found being their own banking system was a far more attractive depository option for their money than conventional banks.
  • [39:52] Insurability. With a scenario using a 30-, 50-, or 70-year-old, Brent quickly illustrates why this is not just a young person’s game. There is a limit in age, but The Money Multiplier has insured someone at the young age of 76. And what about health, is that a factor? Yes, if the policy is on your body, you do have to medically qualify. There are, however, lots of ways to use this strategy and you’re not limited to your own self.
  • [45:27] The policies are indeed whole life policies, so once purchased they are enforced your entire life. Brent explains how The Money Multiplier team can review your existing policy for its usability with this strategy and he goes on to share what a person is looking for in a policy and its structure.
  • [50:07] Brent describes what a term policy is, and the likelihood of it paying out.
  • [52:31] The insurance game is a tricky one and Brent very clearly advises on investing in an IUL (Indexed Universal Life) policy for cash value. Just how many no’s are available?? Real estate on the other hand gets a thumbs up. The rental property game is getting a bit old after playing it for many years, but Brent explains how he now leverages his policy to provide loans.
  • [60:30] Brent reiterates for listeners/viewers that you can email him to get a copy of his e-book Mapping Out the Millionaire Mystery that he wrote with Chris Noggle (see show notes above.)
  • [61:26] From chiropractic to infinite banking! While at a chiropractic conference in 2006, Brent learned about this concept, but skepticism won out. Fast forward two years, 10 to 12 of his colleagues from the previous conference had taken action and were all raving about the results. With a debt load of $984,711 that was all Brent needed to apply the concept and pay off the debt in 39 months. He took it a step further, got licensed, and The Money Multiplier was born!
  • [69:13] Time for a little rapid fire. Apple or android; favourite song for an old-school rocker; favourite movie; a book and an author he would recommend; message at the pearly gates; legacy.
  • [72:03] Brent’s gratitude.
