Seven Areas of Life and Living Your Values
The idea underneath everything we teach: your life is organised around what you value most, whether you have named it or not. Any area you do not empower, someone else will overpower.
Tool 01 · The MindShui Alignment Audit™
Where are you negotiating against yourself?
Most people do not need someone to tell them what is wrong with their life. They need a private, honest way to see where they have drifted from what matters most.
The MindShui Alignment Audit™ helps you identify where your choices, values, identity and behaviour are no longer fully aligned – and where that misalignment may be quietly costing you clarity, energy, confidence and momentum. Nobody wakes up one day feeling stuck. They arrive there slowly, through small compromises, repeated patterns and choices that no longer match what they value. This audit is where you stop and look.
The central question
Where am I getting in my own way? What am I doing, avoiding, tolerating or repeating that keeps this area cluttered?
Seven areas of life, one simple lens: Am I living in alignment with what I say matters most to me?

Score each statement from 1 (not true) to 5 (very true). Four statements per section.
Tool 02 · Free workbook
Any area of life you do not empower, someone else will overpower.
Seven Areas of Life and Living Your Values is a 12-page MindShui workbook on the one idea underneath everything else we teach: your life is organised around what you value most, whether you have named it or not.
Your values are like fingerprints. No two people share the same set, and whatever sits highest on yours is where you are already disciplined, organised and inspired without anyone pushing you. Everything lower on the list is where you procrastinate, hesitate and wait for motivation. Once you can see that hierarchy clearly, most of what has felt like a discipline problem turns out to be an alignment problem.

The cost of leaving an area unattended
What happens in the areas you do not empower.
From the workbook. Read the list once and notice which line stings.
Mental
If you do not empower yourself in your mental capacities, you will likely be told what to think.
Vocational
If you do not empower yourself in business, you will be told what to do.
Financial
If you do not empower yourself in finance, you will be told what you are worth.
Familial
If you do not empower yourself in relationships, you may end up doing or agreeing to things you do not want to do.
Social
If you do not empower yourself socially, you will be told what to believe.
Physical
If you do not empower yourself physically, you will be told what to take and what to remove.
Spiritual
If you do not empower yourself spiritually, you may embrace a dogma that is neither rational nor self-empowering.
The more areas you leave unattended, the more you feel like a victim of your past rather than the creator of your vision – living life unintentionally, and not by design.
Inside the workbook
Seven areas. One hierarchy. A question for each.
The seven areas, defined
Spiritual, mental, vocational, financial, familial, social and physical – what each one actually covers, and why empowering all seven is the difference between living by design and living by default.
How your values run your decisions
Why you are most reliable, confident and creative in your highest-value areas, and why goals tied to your lowest values bring frustration, hesitation and disorder no matter how hard you push.
An “ask yourself” step for every area
One practical question for your mind, your business, your money, your relationships, your social world, your body and your spirit – each one designed to connect what you are doing to what you value most.
“How specifically is what I am doing right now helping me fulfil what I value most?”
The question at the centre of every action step in the workbook.

Next step
Clarity is the start. Velocity is the point.
Bring what you found to a private coaching conversation with Patrick and Steffany, and start clearing it.
Questions about the tools
Both tools are free. The audit is scored on this page as you go; at the end we ask for your first name and email so we can show you your results, send you a copy, and follow up with what to do about your lowest area. Your written reflections stay on your screen and are not sent. We never share your details. The workbook is free in exchange for your email, which we use to send the download link and occasional MindShui updates.
About ten minutes. Do not overthink it, and do not answer as the person you wish you were. Answer as honestly as you can based on what your life is currently showing you. The goal is not perfection. The goal is clarity.
Start with your lowest area, not your total. Answer the three follow-up questions, then choose one truth and one action for the next seven days. If you would like help with what you found, private coaching both begin exactly there. If you are booking a coaching conversation, complete the audit first – we use it to find where the real conversation needs to begin.
If you want to know where you stand, take the audit. If you want to understand why the same areas keep slipping, read the workbook. Most people do the audit first, then read the workbook with their lowest score in mind.
